American Heller's trepan tools use indexable spare parts that are interchangeable with our other deep hole drilling products. Additionally our trepan tools may be threaded for our standard internal thread, a four-start OD thread or a customer supplied thread. The figure below illustrates a BTA/STS style trepan head where coolant and chip removal is through the ID of the boring bar.
