• Economical! American Heller's disposable tooling provides a much lower cost per hole than other drilling tools. Most tools can be retipped or reconditioned
• Tools produced to an accuracy of ±.0005" on diameter resulting in closer tolerance holes
• Drill up to 100 times the tool diameter with runout as little as .001" per foot
• No removal of tool during drilling operations to qualify cutter or pads. Less down time means higher productivity
• Inserts with factory ground circle lands insure better hole finish and closer I.D. tolerances in deep holes
• Hole tolerance of ±.001" I.D. obtainable
• Tools available with coated or uncoated inserts and pads for drilling alloy steels, cast iron, stainless steels and space age metals

Hole tolerances, concentricity, surface finish and runout will be affected by a number of factors including machine condition, alignment, boring bar straightness, bushing size, etc.
